This Lease Addendum made on by and between the Landlord ("Landlord") Bryan Millhouse and the Tenant ("Tenant) Amanda K Marshall.

It is known that this Addendum shall be added to the original Residential Lease Agreement dated May 8th, 2026.

The aforementioned lease agreement is hereby amended as follows:

The Tenant shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting on June 9th, 2026 and ending on September 9th, 2026. At the end of the Lease Term if no renewal is agreed in writing by both parties, the Tenant must vacate the Premises by 11am MST (UTC-7).

The Tenant shall pay the 1st months rent in the amount of $2,126.52 (22 nights) by June 1st 2026.

Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Original Residential Lease Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
